Click on the Custom Lists icon on the left navigation bar.
Select the relevant saved list you would like to export.
There are two ways to export a saved list:
1. Click on the Export icon on the right side of the list’s name.
2. Click on the list’s name and go to the People or Company tab.
You can manually select specific companies or contacts you would like to export by checking the checkboxes on the left side of the company’s or contact’s name.
Then, click on the Export data button on the top right side of the companies/contacts view.
If you would like to export ALL companies or contacts on the list, click on the Export data button, on the top right side of the companies/contacts view (there is no need to check any checkbox).
After the Export settings pop-up appears, select the relevant columns you would like to include on your list by checking the relevant checkboxes.
Select the relevant output – CSV or CRM at the bottom of the pane.
Before exporting the list, you can view the total companies/contacts selected, and the estimated export time, at the bottom of the pane.
Now, click on Export.
If you export the list in a CSV format, you will receive a notification when the list is ready.
Click on the hyperlink to download the CSV to your computer.
Otherwise, if you export the list to your CRM, you will receive a notification indicating when the list was exported.
