The Intent Signals feature is available for the Enterprise plan. 

It can provide insight into whether certain companies are interested in products or services, over various time intervals based on publicly available information. 

Please note that you can search by any keyword, but for the best results, we recommend contacting our Customer Success team to update them on your interests.
Click on the Company Search page on the left navigation bar.

Click on the Intent Signals filter.

Select a time interval in the top drop-down menu:

Now, enter the relevant keyword in the bottom drop-down menu, and click on Apply or Enter.

You can use additional filters to narrow down the results (such as the Locations or Industries filters).

Now select the relevant companies and click on and you’ll be directed to the People Search page.

The Job Postings feature is available for the Enterprise plan.
It allows you to filter for companies that have job postings that match your keyword over various time intervals, based on publicly available information.
Please note that you can search by any keyword, but for the best results, we recommend contacting our Customer Success team to update them on your interests.

Click on the Company Search page   on the left navigation bar.

Click on the Job Postings filter.

Select a time interval in the top drop-down menu:

Now, enter the relevant keyword in the bottom drop-down menu, and click on Apply or Enter.

You can use additional filters to narrow down the results (such as the Locations or Industries filters).

Now select the relevant companies and click on  and you’ll be directed to the People Search page.

On Immagnify’s platform, you can create a Persona that includes the job titles you frequently target.
This feature is a real-time saver which also keeps your use cases up-to-date.

There are two ways to create a Persona:

1. On the People Search page, enter relevant job titles, departments, seniorities, and locations (if applicable) in the filters.
   You can enter as many job titles as you want in the same Persona.
   
   Click on on the top right side of the view.
   
   Name the Persona on the top left side of the pop-up window, and edit additional information if necessary.
   
   Finally, click on “Save Persona” on the bottom right side of the pop-up window to save the Persona.
   

        The Persona will be saved in the Persona Management section  .

2. In the Persona Management section , click on on the top right side of the view and repeat the steps mentioned in the first method to create a Persona.

Once you have created a Persona, you can use it in the following ways:

• After searching on the Company Search page, click “Find People” to find contacts in the selected companies.
• After searching on the People Search page with company filters, such as industry or company size.
• After loading a saved list of companies or contacts on the People Search page.

Then:

Click on “Show advanced filters” at the bottom of the filters on the People Search page and select the Persona from the drop-down menu in the Persona filter.
You will then be able to view all contacts that match the parameters you entered in the Persona.

Please note:

• You can edit a Persona by clicking on its name after loading it on the People Search page or by editing it in the Persona Management section.
• You can create multiple Personas, but only one can be loaded at a time in a search.
• All Personas are shared among all users on the same account.

One of the following needs to be included in the company list:

1. Company Name
2. Company Website
3. Company LinkedIn

Please note: adding more than one parameter will increase the data accuracy.

Click on the Enrich Data icon , on the left navigation bar.

Drag and drop the file to Companies OR click on Companies to import the file.

You have the option to create a new list (the default option) by entering the list’s name in the first box. 

Alternatively, you can add the imported list to an existing list by selecting the list in the second box.

The system will automatically map the column headers on the file to the correct Immagnify fields, but please double-check that it’s mapped correctly and change it if necessary.

Click on Enrich.

Once the process is done, you will get a notification, and the enriched list will be saved in the Custom lists section.

You can now load the list to the Company Search page to continue filtering it, or load it to the People Search page to find people in these companies.

One of the following needs to be included in the contact list:

1. First Name, Last Name, Company Name/Website/LinkedIn 
2. First Name, Last Name, Email
3. Profile LinkedIn URL

Please note: we recommend using the contacts’ LinkedIn URL for a more accurate match.

Click on the Enrich Data icon , on the left navigation bar.

Drag and drop the file to People OR click on People to import the file.

You have the option to create a new list (the default option) by entering the list’s name in the first box.

1. AND feature – Available in many filters and allows you to pinpoint relevant companies and contacts by using several keywords together (instead of adding keywords separately with the OR option).

2. Exclude feature – Allows you to eliminate certain parameters from your search, such as specific locations, job titles etc’.

3. Load a saved list – Load a list of companies or contacts directly to one of the search pages to continue filtering or eliminating irrelevant companies or contacts from your list.

   Here, for example, you can learn how to quickly search for contacts in a saved list of companies.

Go to the People search page.

Click on Clear all filters .

Click on Show Advanced Filters at the bottom of the filters pane.

Click on the Load Saved Lists filter.

Select Search companies from list

Select the relevant company list in the drop-down menu or enter the list’s name.

Contacts in the loaded company list will be displayed on the search page.

Now you can pinpoint relevant contacts in these companies by using the relevant filters such as the Department, Seniority, and Job title filters.

Click on the Recent Searches title (if the pane beneath is closed).

You can detect the relevant search you would like to save by the date and time of the search you conducted.

If you want to view all of the filters included in that search, click on the small arrow in the relevant search box to expand the view.

Then save this search for future use by clicking on Save in the relevant search box.

Rename this search, and click Save.

Now you can easily access this search in the Saved Searches tab by clicking on the Search button next to this specific search: 

You can edit the name of the search, share it with your team members or remove this search by clicking on the Menu icon on the right side of this search (3 dots)

Click on the Recent Searches title (if the pane beneath is closed).

Then recover the relevant search you want to save by the date and time of the search you had conducted.

In case you want to view all of the filters included in that search, click on the small arrow in the relevant search box to expand the view.

To save this search for future use, click on Save in the relevant search box, rename this search, and click on Save.

Now you can easily access this search in the Saved Searches tab by clicking on the Search button next to this specific search: 

You can edit the name of the search, share it with your team members or remove this search by clicking on the Menu icon on the right side of this search (3 dots)

Click on the Current Job Tenure filter and select the relevant tenure/s in the drop-down menu.

This feature can be used in addition to other filters such as the Job Title or Departments filters.
